I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The staff was friendly and provided great service. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the slopes and the city center.

The facilities are clean, the wellness centre is well equipped with pool, steam room, sauna, mint spray shower, jacuzzi, the breakfast is simple but ample, the staff are helpful. It is located just outside of the centre of Moena perhaps a 10 minute stroll to the shops and restuarants.

There is one major down side with this hotel - if you go at the weekend then you will undoubtedly encounter the owner (a small man with a moustache) - this man negates all of the positive elements about this hotel. He is arrogant rude and should not, in my opinion, have anything to do with the Hotel business. Our first experience was at check in when he insisted that we had only one room booked even though we both had copies of the Booked.net confirmation, after realising his mistake this was followed by an argument in which he told us that as a party of 5 we had booked rooms with an occupancy of 6 (one room for 2 and one room for 4) and proceeded to explain that in Italy 2+2+2 = 6 and why did we only have 5! In the bar one evening we wanted to try some Grappa that had been in a glass and that smelled wonderful - he told us he had no idea and just choose one if we wanted something. This escalated into an argument and he told us that he would give us nothing and leered at the women in our group! The situation (like all others with this man) were resolved by the Manager of the Hotel who was always helpful and certainly embarrassed by the behaviour of the owner. In summary a very unpleasant experience which meant that we would never return despite all the good elements.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with several ski resorts within walking distance. It was so convenient to be able to rent ski equipment right at the entrance of the wellness center. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room amenities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the balcony and sitting area in our room, as well as the in-room safe and mini-bar. The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of delicious food to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The spa and wellness center were also a great bonus, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and more. We also appreciated the entertainment options such as live entertainment and the seasonal indoor pool.

Well-located hotel, comfortable room, well-equipped, great location, close to skiing areas, excellent deal.

The hotel offered great food, with a variety of options for brunch and a friendly bar service. The location was perfect for enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery and outdoor activities.

The hotel fell short in a few important areas. The room was not well insulated from noise, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Great food and lovely staff. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the ski slopes and town. the spa facilities were fantastic and a highlight of the stay.

The noise levels were very high, particularly at night, and made it difficult to sleep. the hygiene in the sauna area was lacking, which made it unpleasant and uninviting.
